БҰЗАУЛАРДЫ ӨСІРУ ТЕХНОЛОГИЯСЫНДА АЭРОИОНИЗАЦИЯ МЕН ЭФИР МАЙЛАРЫН КЕШЕНДІ ҚОЛДАНУ НӘТИЖЕЛЕРІ

Мақалада ерте жастағы бұзауларды өсіру технологиясында ауаны және эфир майларын аэроионизациялауды үйлесімді қолдану тиімділігін зерттеу нәтижелері ұсынылған. Жұмыстың мақсаты осы факторлардың ауа ортасының параметрлеріне және өнеркәсіптік мал шаруашылығы жағдайындағы төлдің физиологиялық мәртебесіне әсерін ветеринариялық-санитариялық бағалау болды. Зерттеу әдіснамасы дәлелді ветеринариялық санитария қағидаттарына негізделген және жануарларды ұстау жағдайларын санитариялықгигиеналық, микробиологиялық және зоотехникалық бағалауды қамтыған. Эксперимент өндірістік жағдайларда екі топтағы бақылау және тәжірибелік бұзауларда, әрқайсысында 15 бастан, бірдей тамақтандыру және ұстау жағдайларында өткізілді. Эксперименттік ісшаралар кешені ауаны аэроионизациялауды және табиғи эфир майларын мөлшерлеп шашыратуды қамтыды. Әзірленген тәсілдің тиімділігі микроклиматтық көрсеткіштердің динамикасы, жануарлардың тыныс алу аймағындағы ауаның микробтық тұқымдану деңгейі, сондай-ақ бұзаулардың жай-күйінің клиникалық-физиологиялық маркерлері бойынша бағаланды. Тәжірибелер нәтижелердің қайталануын растау үшін жылдың түрлі маусымдарында репликалаумен 20 тәулік бойы бірыңғай хаттама бойынша орындалды. Аэроионизация мен эфир майларын қолданудың бұзаулардың ауа ортасына айқын санитарлық-түзету әсерін тигізетіні анықталды. Бұл микробтық жүктемені төмендетуден және микроклимат параметрлерін оңтайландырудан, негізінен салыстырмалы ылғалдылық пен санитариялық жайлылық деңгейінен көрінеді. Алынған деректер респираторлық патологиялардың даму қаупінің төмендегенін, сондай-ақ жас төлдің физиологиялық бейімделуі және табиғи төзімділігін қолдау үшін қолайлы жағдайлардың қалыптасқанын куәландырады.
