ВЛИЯНИЕ СПЕЦИФИЧЕСКИХ ДОБАВОК НА РОСТОВЫЕ СВОЙСТВА ТВЕРДОЙ ПИТАТЕЛЬНОЙ СРЕДЫ ПРИ КУЛЬТИВИРОВАНИИ ВОЗБУДИТЕЛЕЙ ДЕРМАТОФИТИИ КРУПНОГО РОГАТОГО СКОТА

Abstract

Введение. Дерматофиты рода Trichophyton, в первую очередь Trichophyton verrucosum, являются основными возбудителями трихофитии крупного рогатого скота. Культивирование этих микроорганизмов на твердых питательных средах сопряжено с рядом трудностей: большинство штаммов T. Verrucosum обладают строгими ростовыми потребностями в витаминах, их рост часто контаминируется сопутствующей бактериальной микрофлорой, а продуктивность по биомассе и спорам на стандартных средах остается недостаточной для промышленного производства вакцин. В связи с этим актуальной задачей является оптимизация состава базовой среды сусло-агара путем введения специфических добавок, улучшающих ростовые свойства.
