В Таджикистане контагиозная плевропневмония коз является одним из наиболее распространенных инфекционных заболеваний, поражающих мелких жвачных животных в пастбищных районах.В статье представлены данные по серологическому мониторингу контагиозной плевропневмонии коз в козоводческих хозяйствах Таджикистана. В результате выборочных серологических исследований с использованием иммуноферментного анализа (ИФА-тест) установлено, что контагиозная плевропневмония коз имеет высокую инцидентность в хозяйствах Республики Таджикистан и причиняет значительный экономический ущерб козоводческим хозяйствам.Иммуноферментный анализ 159 проб сывороток крови коз местной породы из 9 козоводческих хозяйств 7 районов – страны, показал серопозитивность у 54 голов животных, что составило 34%. Наибольшую инфицированность коз к возбудителю КППК отмечали в районах Рудаки (80%), А Джоми (45%), Рашт (44%) и Дангара (30%). Таким образом, в 2022 г. наблюдалась напряженная эпизоотологическая ситуация по плевропневмонии коз в козоводческих хозяйствах Республики Таджикистан. Несмотря на частые попытки борьбы с болезнью с помощью вакцинации, болезнь по-прежнему представляет собой проблему в большинстве пастбищных районах страны. Ввиду повторяющихся вспышек болезни необходимо искать эффективные меры борьбы с контагиозной плевропневмонией коз, которые влекут за собой интегрированную стратегию вакцинации и другие средства регулирования и контроля.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents data on serological monitoring of contagious pleuropneumonia of goats in goat farms in Tajikistan. As a result of selective serological studies using enzyme immunoassay (ELISA test), it was found that contagious pleuropneumonia of goats has a high incidence in farms of the Republic of Tajikistan and causes significant economic damage to goat farms.Enzyme immunoassay of 159 samples of blood serum of goats of local breed from 9 goat farms in 7 districts of the country seropositivity was found in 54 animal heads, which was 34%. The most widespread PDAs were noted in the goat farms of the Rudaki, A.
