Ку-лихорадки, проведённого в 2023 году на территории Жамбылской области. Объектами исследования являлись мелкий и крупный рогатый скот в 10 районах Жамбылской области. Проанализированы 2850 проб цельной крови, 2975 проб сыворотки крови и 131 образец клещей с использованием методов иммуноферментного анализа (ИФА), реакций длительного связывания комплемента (РДСК) и полимеразной цепной реакций в режиме реального времени (ПЦР-РВ). Установлена высокая серопревалентность антител к возбудителю Ку-лихорадки, преимущественно среди мелкого рогатого скота (МРС). ДНК Coxiella burnetii чаще выявлялась в весенний период.
